My tracking says 'return to sender'
Your parcel is being returned back to our warehouse,
Parcels are sent back to us when:
1.There is an attempted delivery
2.The parcel is not collected from the post office
3.The address is incorrect
4.The addressee denied the parcel
5.The parcel has been recalled by the website
6.The courier has deemed the address not suitable for delivery
My order didn't go through but I charged for it
If a pending transaction appears in your transaction history but you have not received an order confirmation email, there are a couple of factors that could have caused this:
1.The zip code on your billing address was entered incorrectly
2.Insufficient funds
*If you haven't seen that payment bounce back into your account after several business days, please reach out to us with a screenshot of the pending transaction so we can further investigate.
I requested to cancel my order but still received a shipment notification
Should you wish to cancel an order placed, we must be immediately notified in writing before the goods have been shipped.
If the goods have been shipped before our team can action your request, we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation request or charge a cancellation fee should we be unable to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
